Has anyone been able to get the port forwarding with this router to work. I
followed the instructions to a "T" and I am certain that I did it correctly.
I went so far as turn off almost all security on the router, and to forward
all ports from the router xx.yy.xx.c to my

192.168.1.4 computer.

When I go the VNC test page I get an error of sorts all the time.

What I am missing?

Ray,

What is the error you're getting from the test page?

Regards,

The IP address requesting this web page is 96.254.134.67 (REMOTE_ADDR)

Connecting to port 5900 ... failed: connection timed out

My IP address is

I believe my router to be forwarding port 5900, I used your FAQ for how to
do that. I also found a nice write-up from ActionTec on how to do this and
it seemed to know all about the ports VNC needs and it tried to set them up
as well.
